Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the full life cycle quality management of server firmware, including in-depth full life cycle activities including demand analysis, solution design, development and implementation, test verification, version introduction, online maintenance, etc., formulating and improving firmware quality standards and processes, promoting the introduction of applications in projects, and achieving established quality goals 2. Establish a firmware quality/efficiency measurement index system, promote the construction and application of relevant platforms/systems, and promote firmware quality/efficiency improvement based on data-driven 3. Lead the handling of major online batch quality issues in the field of firmware to ensure the rapid implementation of optimal solutions and further lead the efforts to connect all relevant parties inside and outside the firmware, and promote the formulation of preventive measures and track the implementation of closed loops through review activities 4. Lead supplier firmware quality management, promote the establishment of supplier firmware quality management process, and ensure the implementation and continuous improvement of quality objectives and quality standards through quarterly reviews, quality audits and other operations.
Qualifications
1. 5 years or more of quality management experience in the field of server underlying software (such as BIOS/BMC), familiar with commonly used quality tools/quality methods, and strong ability to analyze data and find problems 2. Have strong project management capabilities, internal and external communication and coordination capabilities, logical organization capabilities, execution promotion capabilities, and teamwork awareness 3. Be familiar with the technical architecture, basic functions, main component configurations and characteristics of server hardware products, understand the basic working principles of underlying software such as BIOS and BMC, and have strong software and hardware fault location capabilities/analysis experience 4. Be familiar with the ODM server R&D work model, and have experience in Internet data center server delivery and quality management 5. Have quality black belt/green belt certification, and experience in Six Sigma projects is preferred.
