Server Expert-User Operation Platform

1. Responsible for building the basic capabilities of the user operation platform, and assisting the growth of core business indicators through the user operation platform 2. Have the original intention of in-depth business co-creation, strong user awareness and sense of purpose, and collaborate with upstream and downstream teams to solve problems and achieve results, and continue to improve the core capabilities and user experience of the product 3. Good collaboration ability, work closely with product/operation/quality and other departments to promote rapid iteration of business systems and ensure products are launched on time and with high quality 4. Responsible for technical planning, project management and team personnel training.

1. More than 5 years of server development experience, bachelor degree or above 2. Solid basic technical skills, good architectural design capabilities 3. Possess technical curiosity, innovation awareness and broad technical vision, because you will work extensively with algorithms, big data, and front-end to achieve success 4. Have good business awareness, excellent ownership spirit, good communication and collaboration skills are preferred 5. Priority will be given to those with experience in team management and experience in user operation platform SaaS development.
