Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the R&D work such as server architecture design, development and optimization of Feishu enterprise Q&A system, and promote the upgrading and optimization of technology 2. In-depth understanding of business needs, participate in the formulation and implementation of technical solutions, and provide enterprise users with accurate and fast high-experience enterprise Q&A functional services 3. Be able to deeply understand the business scenarios and business pain points in the search/Q&A field to ensure the high availability, high performance and scalability of the system 4. Solve key technical problems in the system, such as multi-data source access, large-scale data processing and index construction, search link adjustment and optimization, etc. 5. Participate in the optimization of enterprise Q&A effects, and improve the effect of enterprise Q&A from an engineering and strategic perspective.
Qualifications
1. Good design and coding habits, love writing code and being able to produce high-quality design and code 2. Have a solid foundation in algorithms and data structures, and have strong ability to troubleshoot and solve problems 3. Familiar with search/question and answer algorithms and architecture, and those with experience in enterprise-level search or question and answer systems will be given priority 4. Applicants with experience in large-scale distributed system development are preferred applicants with experience in natural language processing, machine learning, deep models, large models and other related algorithm strategy optimization are preferred 5. Have strong curiosity and pursuit of technology, and have good problem-solving skills and teamwork spirit.
