Server Development Engineer - Feishu Video Conference

1. Design, optimization and evolution of Feishu audio and video conferencing back-end services 2. Deployment, operation, maintenance and automation of online services, and upgrades of related systems 3. Solving online problems and automating the process of solving online problems 4. High-quality design and coding undertaking key and difficult technical tasks 5. Researching the application of new technologies in products.

1. Bachelor degree or above, graduated from a computer-related major, and have experience in server-side development 2. Have experience in service design and implementation of high concurrency or highly complex businesses, and have an in-depth understanding of distributed systems 3. Familiar with two or more server-side programming languages, and proficient in one, C++/Golang is preferred 4. Have good business abstraction and modeling capabilities, solid programming skills, and good coding skills 5. Familiar with various databases and storage, such as MySQL, NoSQL, message queue, etc., and understand the basic principles familiar with online code debugging, stress testing, automation, etc. is preferred 6. Good product awareness is preferred, good communication skills, and self-motivation ability.
