Job Description
- Analyse datacentre power trends and provide strategic recommendations
- Track OCP High Power Rack standards and assess impact on system architecture
- Partner with vendors to develop technology roadmaps and align with CSP requirements
- Lead feasibility studies and architecture evaluations for new power technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate power solutions into designs
- Provide technical leadership and mentor team members to build domain expertise
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master's preferred
- Minimum 8 years in PSU or power shelf design, integration, or technical project management
- Strong knowledge of AC/DC conversion, rack-level distribution, and redundancy mechanisms
- Familiarity with OCP standards and hyperscale datacentre requirements
- Proven experience working with global power vendors and ecosystem partners
- Excellent communication skills and strategic thinking ability
