Group/Division

The Semiconductor Process Control (Semi PC) business unit designs, builds, sells and supports a comprehensive product portfolio that ensures high-quality production of the chips that power the technologies of today and the future, including AI, data centers, automotive and electronic devices. Semi PC's differentiated inspection, metrology and data analytic systems discover, characterize and monitor the defects and variations that can affect manufacturing processes across the semiconductor ecosystem, including high-performance logic chips, advanced memory chips, specialty semiconductors, wafers, reticles, advanced packaging, process equipment and materials. Semi PC solves our customers most critical challenges through a combination of innovative technologies, close collaborations, and a dynamic, global team. Semi PC is looking for talent in research, engineering, sales, marketing, and applications to ensure continued production of leading-edge process control solutions that drive our customers success.

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

Job Description

  • Focus on both advanced technical nodes and advanced packaging from R&D to HVM, capable of identifying customer technical needs from both advanced technical nodes and advanced packaging areas, offer SensArray solutions to win business and support customer needs.
  • Sales process & product knowledge: Well-understand SensArray product knowledge & sales process (Value, People) to bridge customer and internal teams including diverse business units.
  • Capable identify opportunities, risk under ambiguity customer environment, and develop strategy to manage account and maximal company business.
  • Build and deepen customer relationships with and bring to internal high level management team to help KLA grow new business opportunities. Influence long-term strategic direction and serve as a business partner.
  • Drive business development, forecast accurately, and achieve strategic goals by leading customers through the entire business cycle.
  • Consolidate BU forecast all products and track the change for each forecast item from initial date to shipment.
  • Responsible for KLA product shipment slots management on assigned accounts and take ownership to internal on shipment tracking, communication, and follow up actions.

Essential Skills


  • Leverage existing resources to understand the key issues affecting businesses that need our services and identify potential advanced technology clients with characteristics of our products/services and business needs.
  • Drives sales strategies with effectively communicating products and clearly presenting our products/services and their value in meeting the prospect's business needs. Maintains an emphasis on profit while making the sale. Value is emphasized to prospect.
  • Closing the Sales: Paces the presentation, deals with objections/stalls, and moves to the close in a timely manner with good closing ratio while maintaining appropriate profit margins.
  • Efficiently coordinates the relationship between the customer and our product delivery team to ensure a good beginning to our relationship with the customer. Active in the resolution of any difficulties.
  • Account management and maintain relationships. Actively supervises the customer's perception of our organization and works to keep a satisfactory result with the customer.
  • Proficient in Excel and skilled in using Power BI and AI tools to quickly extract and parse data from multiple files.

Minimum Qualifications


  • Master's Level Degree and 1 years related work experience; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 2`3 years.
  • Experience of working with matrix team to achieve business objectives. Equipped with dealing partners in complex implementation projects, including product division and customers.
  • Demonstrated track record in exceeding sales goals.
  • Mobility of local business travel.
