We are seeking a Senior Video Producer & Videographer to deliver advertising-level production excellence across global brand campaigns. This is a senior role with primary ownership in production strategy and execution (5060%) while independently leading high-end Videography when required (4050%). The role bridges commercial production standards with advertising storytelling, ensuring every project meets industry-grade finishing and broadcast-quality output. You will serve as the in-house technical authority for motion and videography, partnering closely with Group Creative Directors and the Social Media Team to elevate both campaign and platform-specific content.

Key Responsibilities
Commercial Film & Video Production
- Lead end-to-end commercial video production from concept development through final delivery.
- Own end-to-end production planning and execution, including budgeting, scheduling, cross-functional collaboration, and vendor coordination. ,
- Collaborate with brand, marketing, and social teams to deliver platform-ready commercial content. ,
- Complete additional assignments and priorities as directed by the supervisor.
Videography & Editing Ownership
- Independently execute professional cinematography for campaigns, product films, and corporate narratives.
- Demonstrate strong hands-on editing capability with refined pacing and commercial storytelling precision. ,
- Design and implement advanced lighting setups for studio and on-location productions.
- Maintain full technical ownership of camera systems, lens selection, lighting architecture, and field audio capture.
Post-Production & Motion Enhancement
- Execute or supervise professional color grading and audio finishing to meet industry standards. ,
- Experience in 2D motion graphics, typography animation, or title design is a strong plus. 2D
- Ensure all final outputs meet high production standards in visual quality, storytelling, and overall execution.
Equipment & Asset Ownership
- Own and manage all videography assets, including cameras, lenses, lighting systems, and audio equipment. ,
- Establish maintenance schedules, calibration standards, and lifecycle planning for professional production gear.
- Implement structured media asset management for all projects, including footage organization, archiving, backup protocols, and long-term storage planning.
- Ensure all production equipment and media assets remain fully operational, traceable, and campaign-ready at all times.
AI-Driven Workflow & Innovation AI
- Strong working knowledge of AI toolsincluding generative, editing, automation, and transcription technologiesand the ability to integrate them effectively into production workflows. AI (),

Qualifications
- 58+ years of experience in commercial video production or advertising environments, with a proven track record of delivering high-end campaign work. 58 ,
