  • 15 years of experience in Core Banking, Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Financial Services technology, with a strong track record in senior leadership roles.
  • 8–10 years of people leadership experience, including leading large cross-functional technology, delivery, product, business analysis, vendor, and regional teams.

  • Demonstrated experience leading teams through critical incidents, crisis situations, regulatory-sensitive matters, and customer-impacting production events.
  • Cross-unit, regional, or cross-geography experience is strongly preferred, including the ability to influence beyond direct authority and deliver enterprise-wide outcomes.
