Performs complex research and analysis of the tax law, regulations and cases to provide senior management with recommendations and opinions by applying tax concepts. Perform trainings, vendor reviews and review business requirements and procedures during the implementation. Works with management to identify the most relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Must have Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field, plus seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience in the position offered or a related occupation. Extensive knowledge of Ch. 3, Ch. 4, Ch. 61, 871(m) and 1446(f) of the Internal Revenue Code Tax documentation knowledge including IRS W-8 and W-9 Tax Forms. Tax reporting knowledge including rules and regulations governing Forms 1099, Forms 1042-S and FATCA reporting compliance.
