Job Description

Brief Summary

Join a dynamic team focused on managing investments and enhancing deal monitoring across the APAC region. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with industry professionals and optimize investment outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee portfolio management and monitoring processes for deals in the E.A./APAC region, including locations such as Singapore, Australia, and South Korea. Communicate and negotiate effectively with multiple asset managers to secure optimal investment results. Engage with professionals, including lawyers, tax advisors, real estate agents, and appraisers, to address ad-hoc issues. Handle documentation related to multinational transactions and maintain close collaboration with local staff across various functions, including middle and back office teams. Maintain a strong liaison with relevant departments at Headquarters and execute ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Law, or a related discipline. A minimum of 15 years of experience in real estate or structured finance roles within a similar context. Proven team management skills and experience working within the real estate or finance sectors in Singapore or other regions. Strong expertise in real estate investment management and knowledge of capital markets, financing, and treasury operations. Preferred experience in structured finance and arrangement skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, along with presentation capabilities and stakeholder management experience. Proactive, analytical, and capable of managing projects with logical thinking. A motivated team player with a positive work attitude, able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
