Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey strategic insights to stakeholders. Leadership: Proven track record in leading and managing diverse teams, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in a senior strategic role. Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the loan market, including familiarity with key associations and major vendors.
