Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years in UX/product design, preferably in SaaS or platform services.
Design Tools: Proficiency with Figma is a must; familiarity with other prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision) is a bonus.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in cross-functional teams. A team player who can also work independently.
Problem-Solving: Ability to solve complex design problems and make data-driven decisions.
User-Centered Design: Deep understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and information architecture. Capable of delivering product design solutions, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
Agile Development: Experience with agile development processes. Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Education: Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a related field (e.g., UX Design, HCI, Product Design) or equivalent practical experience.
