Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the UX design of ByteDance's commercial product delivery platform matrix (PC and mobile), designed for advertisers to pursue new marketing possibilities 2. Conceive creative ideas together with products, flexibly provide interface visual solutions, have insight and understanding of future design trends, and have excellent art skills 3. Promote the project self-motivated and provide professional suggestions on product experience and visual aspects, actively pay attention to changes in functional logic and data, and make timely adjustments to the plan 4. Analyze and monitor popular product design trends, research and analyze user experience, aesthetic tendencies, and optimize existing products 5. Participate in commercial interaction specifications, brand definition and other project support, have a cross-platform horizontal perspective, and be able to provide professional suggestions to the team, improve the team's design capabilities, and output professional accumulation and sharing.
Qualifications
1. More than 3 years of mobile Internet design experience, familiar with Web, iOS, and Android design specifications 2. Ability to define visual styles, have the ability to explore visual frontiers, quickly understand products and business, be innovative, be able to research and explore AI product trends, and promote the implementation of solutions, and have high-quality pursuit of details 3. On the premise of actively completing product requirements, have strict output standards for interactive experience and visual design, and be able to define and precipitate brand visual specifications 4. Maintain an exploratory spirit for cutting-edge design, have strong self-motivation, and be able to accurately express ideas using design professional derivation 5. Proficient in design software such as Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, 3D motion effects, etc., and those who are good at using AIGC tools will be given priority.
