Job content

1. Handle new contract underwriting review related work.

2. When handling new contract notes, be able to accurately send out clear and understandable notes, and make good use of good communication skills to allow salespeople to understand and quickly complete the notes.

3. Provide consultation on underwriting issues, be able to listen and patiently give feedback to underwriting officers, policyholders or salespersons to jointly create a high level of customer satisfaction.

4. Serve as an underwriting training instructor and be responsible for the functional development of new contract risk assessment.

5. Provide feedback on improvement suggestions for the underwriting system, operating procedures and risk assessment mechanisms.

Qualifications

1. Graduated from a university in insurance, law, medicine or related majors

2. Qualified as an underwriter

Other conditions

1. Have underwriting experience, preferably more than 8 years.

2. Have good communication and coordination skills

3. Have the ability to weigh and be flexible
