We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Trainer to lead and elevate our training initiatives for Android mobile products. In this senior role, you will go beyond execution to drive the overarching training strategy, manage complex programs, and serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all sales channels and internal teams. Fluent English is mandatory, as this role requires close collaboration and alignment with global/regional stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Training Execution & Facilitation: Design, lead, and deliver high-impact physical, virtual, live-streamed, and large-scale mega-training events across all telecom and retail sales channels, as well as for internal teams.
- Advanced Curriculum Development: Strategically customize and localize regional channel training programs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and develop innovative, scalable learning materials that align with broader business objectives.
- Multimedia Content & Sales Strategy: Oversee the end-to-end production of Android training materials and video content (including pre- and post-production). Take the lead in developing compelling, localized sales pitches and scripts to empower frontline staff.
- Program Leadership: Take full ownership of managing and expanding the Android AI Experts Program, ensuring consistent quality and brand representation.
Qualifications
- Outstanding aesthetic sense in presentation design and data visualization.
- Advanced proficiency in the Google Workspace ecosystem (Docs, Slides, Sheets, Drive, etc.).
- Previous experience in training.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of professional experience in training and development, with at least 5+ years of proven experience as a trainer in the 3C, telecom, or technology sector.
Required Skills
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (Advanced listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in English are strictly required for business communication, material localization, and stakeholder reporting).
- Deep passion and comprehensive understanding of the smartphone industry and the tech landscape.
- Exceptional ability to conceptualize, write, and edit high-quality training materials. Highly inquisitive with a strong desire to stay ahead of 3C product trends.
- Advanced capability to write scripts independently, coupled with excellent project management skills for video planning, directing, and editing.
