Overview Of The Position
Mainly revolves around the heat dissipation design and optimization of electronic products.
Key Responsibilities
- Be familiar with thermal flow software such as Flotherm and perform thermal flow simulation and design.
- Provide thermal flow solutions and collaborate with ME, EE, and other departments to resolve product-related issues.
- Conduct heat transfer experiments, debug, and optimize designs.
- Complete tasks assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Required professional knowledge: Heat transfer, convection, radiation, fluid mechanics.
- Required skills: Thermal analysis software such as Flotherm
