About The Job
We are seeking an experienced Senior Test Engineer to join our ATE Development team in Taiwan. As a Senior Test Engineer, you assume technical responsibilities for a specific project or a definable portion of a large project/process, with a primary focus on project execution. You will contribute to team effectiveness and establish external relationships. You are expected to make important technical decisions, solve complex problems, and enhance standard methods. You are accountable for delivering results and communicating project status and interdependencies to management or senior Design Chain counterparts.
Key responsibilities
- Technical oversight of all local ATE solution development projects
- Specifications development
- Contribution to DUT hardware development
- Program development
- Collaboration with R&D teams from Norway and Finland
- Issue resolution
- Contribute to expedient resolution of ATE related challenges in development and operations
- Primary responsibility for continuous improvement programs related to the test development process
- General test methodologies and software tools
- Hardware(tester) platform selection process
- OSAT flow including solution deployment and approval
Qualification And Skills
- Master's or bachelor's degree in Electronics & Electrical, Computer Science Engineering, or other relevant field
- At least 8 years in ATE test solution development
- Preferred experience with LTX-Credence Unison OS (D10/Diamond X)
- Programming experience with C++ & RF devices is a strong plus
- Knowledge in key wireless technologies, including cellular, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and NFC is also a plus
- Fluent in English (oral and written)

Excellent collaboration skills are essential and you should be adept at issue resolution and be able to contribute to the swift resolution of ATE related challenges in both development and operations.
