Senior Test Development Engineer-TikTok

1. Responsible for the quality assurance work in the business sub-directions of the Douyin platform, conducting iterative support and quality analysis of daily requirements, covering the client, front-end, and server dimensions, including but not limited to Douyin, Douyin Express Edition, and Douyin Volcano Edition 2. Lead the planning and construction of the quality system, identify business quality issues and potential risks from the aspects of quality, efficiency, experience, safety, etc., and promote solutions 3. Assist in establishing quality measurement standards, and use data indicators to guide, collaborate with product and R&D teams to continuously improve product delivery quality and user experience 4. Improve testing efficiency, reduce manual and repetitive work in the process, and implement the development of automated solutions and efficiency tools.

1. Bachelor degree or above, computer-related majors are preferred 2. 3 years or more of quality assurance work experience, familiar with end-to-end agile testing processes, understanding of the ideas of test shift left and test right, and good quality operation awareness 3. Understand the Android/IOS system characteristics and language characteristics, and be familiar with commonly used testing tools and testing frameworks on the server and client 4. Have strong problem positioning and promotion capabilities, and be able to collaborate with the team to grow together.
