Responsible for the quality assurance of the Android/iOS/Web/PC/server side of the multi-player live streaming and game live streaming business in the TikTok live broadcast scenario 2. In-depth participation in the product development process, collaborating with the product and R&D teams to deliver products with high quality and efficiency 3. Promote the construction of the quality system and improve the quality and efficiency of R&D through the introduction of advanced theoretical technologies and independent innovation in the industry 4. Design reasonable technical solutions based on business characteristics, introduce and improve internal/external testing framework platforms or develop new testing tool platforms to improve testing quality and efficiency 5. Guide and lead junior/intermediate students to implement relevant special testing work, such as: client performance, server performance, interface testing, stability testing, automated testing, etc.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in computer or related majors and above 2. Be able to independently control quality assurance work in any direction of mobile/Web/PC/server 3. Proficient in any language such as Java/C/C++/Go/Python, and have good technical capabilities 4. Have systematic practical experience in any direction such as client performance, server stress testing, automated testing, stability testing, streaming media testing 5. Good communication skills and teamwork skills, able to actively promote continuous improvement of the project, and bring all parties together to achieve goals 6. Bonus points: Have basic English expression skills and have overseas study or project experience.
