Responsibilities
1. The company's core strategic team aims to create a commercialized ecology of local life services with Byte's characteristics and is responsible for the quality assurance of the C-side direction of life services 2. In-depth participation in the product development process, and collaborate with various roles to continuously deliver high-quality products 3. Implement well-designed test plans based on demand and technology, track and solve execution problems, and ensure test quality and progress 4. Participate in the construction of quality topics and introduce appropriate technologies to improve business quality 5. Improve the quality and efficiency within the group build stability, R&D-testing efficiency, safety capabilities, etc. 6. Continuously track and analyze online and offline quality issues, and continuously improve the quality system.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, computer-related major, 3 years or more of mobile terminal testing work experience, independently responsible for large-scale projects, able to promote product testing through effective means, processes and methods, and control product quality 2. Have the ability to define and solve complex problems, good communication, project management, and quality control capabilities 3. Have an in-depth understanding of the testing system, testing process and testing technology, and be able to improve efficiency through testing technology 4. Be proficient in at least one programming and scripting language (Python/GO/Java is preferred), and be proficient in using at least one open source testing framework 5. Good communication skills and teamwork skills. Ability to propose implementation plans for improving R&D processes and R&D efficiency from the perspective of the entire R&D process. 6. Bonus points: experience in local life services/e-commerce testing and development.
