Job Description:
- In Charge of providing frontline technical support and troubleshooting for systems, including on-site field deployment when required.
- Perform rectification and repair work on systems to resolve identified faults or performance issues.
- Carry out routine preventive and corrective maintenance in accordance with established procedures and maintenance schedules.
- Conduct root cause analysis and provide detailed technical feedback to the engineering team and customers.
- Prepare, update, and maintain maintenance documentation in compliance with maintenance policies, operational guidelines, customer requirements, and feedback.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum Nitec in Aerospace Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience.
