Senior Technical Service Officer

Job Scopes

. Acts as a dedicated lead managing end-to-end service requests, quality control, and escalations.

. Maintains workforce resource integrity and serves as the primary contact for multi-vendor coordination.

Job Requirement

- Higher-Diploma / Degree in Information Technology or related discipline.

- 5-6+ years of deskside/infrastructure support with proven team leadership experience.

- Requires cross-domain technical expertise (e.g., Active Directory, Exchange, Group Policy Object troubleshooting) to serve as a senior technical backup for junior staff.

- Strong leadership, resource management, and multi-vendor coordination skills.

- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken Chinese and English.

- Working Windows: Mon - Fri, 08:00 - 19:00 Sat, 08:00 - 14:00

- Working Location: Customer Office
