Senior Technical Program Manager

About the Role: We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead complex, large-scale, high-impact programs for Cluster Management, enabling seamless and efficient consumption of TPU-based AI infrastructure

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of strategic, multidisciplinary programs focused on TPU cluster lifecycle management, including provisioning, scheduling, scaling, and reliability.
• Enable efficient workload placement, resource utilization, and performance optimization for large-scale ML training and inference jobs.
• Navigate ambiguity to define problem statements and break them into actionable programs.
• Coordinate across Engineering, Product, Support, Capacity Planning, and Data Center Operations teams.

Required Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or Engineering Program Management.
• Strong understanding of Distributed systems, AI/ML infrastructure (TPUs/GPUs, training pipelines)
• Kubernetes (K8s), SLURM, or similar orchestration systems
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex software systems.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs across multiple teams and organizations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with:
• Cluster scheduling systems (e.g., Borg, Kubernetes Scheduler, Slurm)
• LLM training and distributed training workloads
• Background in Data Center Operations, Capacity Planning, or AI Infrastructure platforms.
