Overview

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives across Engineering, Product, and Operations. This is an individual contributor role responsible for driving complex technical programs from planning through delivery while ensuring alignment between business goals, product strategy, and engineering execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs across Engineering, Product, and Operations.
• Translate business and product objectives into program roadmaps, execution plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Drive alignment across cross-functional stakeholders, including Engineering, Product Management, Business Operations, and Leadership.
• Manage program risks, dependencies, scope changes, competing priorities, and critical path decisions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of experience leading complex technical programs, global initiatives, or large cross-functional efforts within engineering and product organizations.
• Proven experience delivering software or SaaS products from concept through launch.
• Strong proficiency with Jira and Confluence for program planning, documentation, tracking, and reporting.

Schedule: onsite Tuesdays and Fridays Bangalore

Compensation: $20-25/hour USD (depending on years of experience)

Duration: 6-month contract to hire
