About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Lead - AI & Digital Transformation to join our team in Singapore and support a global enterprise client on strategic digital and AI initiatives.

The role will lead technical architecture, engineering delivery and integration for enterprise-scale digital products and AI-enabled platforms.

You will work closely with Product Owners, Product Managers, Enterprise/Solution Architects, Data & AI teams and engineering squads across multiple regions.

The ideal candidate combines strong solution architecture and software engineering leadership with practical experience in cloud-native platforms, enterprise integration and emerging AI technologies. Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical architecture for assigned digital products and platforms.
• Design scalable, secure and resilient cloud-native architectures.
• Lead technical delivery from discovery and solution design through development, deployment and production.
• Work closely with Product Managers and business stakeholders during roadmap planning and solution discovery.
• Evaluate technical feasibility, risks, dependencies and implementation options.
• Contribute to build-vs-buy and technology/platform selection decisions.
• Design and guide implementation of:Distributed systemsMicroservices architectureAPI-first solutionsCloud-native applicationsWorkflow orchestration services
• Collaborate with Data Scientists and AI Engineers to integrate Generative AI services and Agentic AI workflows.
• Drive engineering standards around code quality, testing, CI/CD and DevSecOps.
• Conduct architecture reviews and technical design sessions.
• Support sprint planning and resolve complex technical and delivery challenges.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, information security and data governance requirements.
• Promote responsible adoption of AI across the software development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise software engineering.
• 5+ years in technical leadership, solution architecture or a similar senior technical role.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale digital platforms and products.
• Strong experience with:Distributed systems architectureMicroservicesAPI-first designCloud-native developmentWorkflow orchestrationDevSecOps
• Working knowledge of:Generative AILarge Language ModelsAgentic AI architecturesRetrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
