Job Description

This position will strengthen Wistron's HR team by optimizing recruitment processes, attracting top-tier talent, and ensuring all operations align with labor regulations and company standards. It will create strategic value by supporting business units with tailored recruitment solutions, enabling the company to quickly fill key positions and drive operational efficiency. Additionally, by fostering long-term partnerships with schools and professional networks, it ensures a sustainable talent pipeline, supporting Wistron's growth and innovation for the future.

Responsibilities

  1. Confirm recruitment needs, maintain and review the recruitment system, arrange and conduct interviews, handle salary negotiations and approvals, and manage employment matters.
  2. Develop and execute recruitment projects aligned with the company's business philosophy.
  3. Responsible for establishing and maintaining networks for specific groups and fostering key campus relationships.
  4. Plan and implement recruitment compliance measures according to updated labor regulations and company policies.
  5. Regularly report recruitment updates to business unit management, explaining recruitment trends for each unit and providing corresponding support and recommendations.

Requirements

  1. Possess over 6 years of recruitment experience and the ability to independently handle recruitment tasks; experience in salary approvals is a plus.
  2. Past experience in leading or participating in audits.
  3. Native Mandarin speaker with fluency in English.
