Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage a 360-degree recruitment processes for bulk hiring and campus recruitment, from talent sourcing through to final selection and onboarding.
Support fast-paced hiring demands across multiple roles and functions
Source, screen, and engage candidates across East Asia markets, as well as globally
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through job portals, social media, referrals, and direct sourcing
Collaborate closely with hiring managers and international stakeholders to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
Conduct candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit
Coordinate interview arrangements and maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
Track recruitment progress and provide regular updates, insights, and hiring reports

Requirements

Taiwanese only
Diploma or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
Strong advantage if experienced in bulk hiring, or technical hiring for Gaming, Web3, or Internet / Tech companies.
Strong exposure to fast-paced, high-volume, or global recruitment environments
Experience recruiting across East Asia markets is highly preferred
Fluent in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with candidates and stakeholders across different regions
Solid sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform well under pressure.
