Senior System Validation Engineer

Plan and execute system integration and functional validation tests, including writing test plans and developing automated test scripts

Analyze test results, identify root causes, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues

Continuously optimize test processes and methodologies to improve coverage and efficiency

Collaborate with design and technical teams to define test requirements and lead test tool development

Coordinate internal and third-party resources to conduct product validation and compliance testing

Lead product issue investigations and corrective actions, and regularly report progress to management

Proficient in various operating system architectures and hardware/software integration

5+ years of experience in product validation or system testing, with scripting or programming skills

Strong knowledge of test planning, debugging, and problem analysis with the ability to work independently

Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to deliver under tight schedules

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in manufacturing ramp-up or supplier validation

Ability to quickly learn new tools and programming languages

Familiarity with hardware specifications and automated test frameworks

Experience with BMC (Baseboard Management Controller) and BIOS validation or integration
