About Le Foöd Co.: Defining Global Standards for Clean-Label Food

We are not just a food company—we are promoters for an additive-free healthy lifestyle. Since becoming a Costco supplier in 2016, we have successfully expanded into Costco China and continue to accelerate our growth across Southeast Asia and American markets.

Team Culture & Work Environment:

The majority of our current team members are from abroad, speaking English and Chinese becomes the natural daily standard in our office. We adopt a self-motivated management style with a flat organizational structure and direct communication, free from rigid corporate hierarchies. We look for team members who enjoy and thrive in a cross-cultural environment, eager to optimize processes and grow alongside us.

Role Highlights & Advantages:

  • Strategic Impact over Factory Floors: We operate on a 100% outsourced manufacturing model. Your main focus won't be on the factory floor, but on strategic supply chain management. We value your commercial negotiation skills and data-driven scheduling logic to orchestrate global supply capacity.

  • Cross-Border Collaboration & Autonomy: Work daily with multicultural partners, putting bilingual communication skills into real practice while enjoying high transparency and  flexible work culture.

  • Flat Communication & Direct Influence: Report directly to the COO and CEO. The systems and processes you build will directly power our global expansion.

  • Digital & AI-Driven Efficiency: Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude alongside Notion, ERP, and Google Workspace to drive operational automation and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities & Challenges:

  • Global Supply Chain Orchestration: Source, evaluate, and manage domestic and international raw material suppliers and contract manufacturers (OEMs) to ensure high stability in quality, cost, and delivery lead times amidst rapid growth.
  • Building Self-Sustaining Systems: Standardize procurement and production scheduling into clear SOPs, establishing early warning and replenishment mechanisms to create a resilient supply chain system.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Optimize margins and precisely control global inventory levels by analyzing turnover rates, lead times, and cost structures.
  • Quality & Compliance Oversight: Ensure all OEM manufacturing and raw material processes meet brand standards and international compliance requirements.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • 3–5+ Years of Experience in Procurement / Production Control: Proven supply chain experience.

  • Cross-Cultural Agility & Bilingual Communication: Comfortable communicating in English and enthusiastic about collaborating across cultures.

  • Systematic Thinking & Ownership: Passionate about establishing rules and SOPs, with the ability to turn complex production schedules into clear, actionable guidelines.

  • Data & Digital Mindset: Proficient in Excel data analysis, with a strong interest in leveraging ERP systems, cloud collaboration, and AI tools.

  • Communication & Negotiation Resilience: Skilled at communicating with domestic and international suppliers to secure optimal costs and lead times without compromising quality.

  • Nice-to-Have: Experience in import/export trade operations or working in a fast-growing startup environment.

How to Apply:

If our vision resonates with you and you are eager to build your career in a global-minded, agile startup environment, we welcome your application. Please include a brief personal introduction (in English or Chinese) to help us get to know you better.
