Your new role
As a Senior Supply Chain Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting successful product launches and ensuring accurate volume commitments across markets. Working closely with key stakeholders across marketing & product, demand planning, supply planning, customer service, manufacturing, and business unit supply chain teams, you will translate commercial inputs into executable supply plans.
You will be responsible for analysing demand and supply data, aligning forecasts with operational capabilities, identifying risks and constraints, and driving cross‑functional alignment to ensure service levels are met. This role requires strong analytical capability, clear communication, and the ability to operate effectively in a matrixed environment.
What you'll need to succeed
- Around 5 years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, supply planning or supply chain analytics
- Proven experience working cross‑functionally with stakeholders such as marketing, product, operations and manufacturing
- Exposure to product launches, volume allocation, or country‑level supply commitments is highly advantageous
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable plans
- Experience with ERP, planning or supply chain systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence without authority
