Senior Student Affairs Assistant / Student Affairs Assistant I(at the rank of Clerk I / Clerk II) in the Centre of Development and Resources for Students(CEDARS)(Ref.: 533961) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal)

Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience. They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) effective communication, organizational and interpersonal skills demonstrated experience in design and application of Adobe Creative Suite software, Canva, Photoshop and/or WordPress, as well as appropriate level of IT skills (including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Applicants with knowledge in advanced Excel applications would be highly regarded. They are also expected to be attentive to details and be able to prioritise multiple tasks efficiently.

The appointee will provide a wide range of administrative support to Dean's Office, with duties covering the following areas: (1) design and publicity (2) data management (3) student engagement (4) event management (5) operation & advancement of the CEDARS, and any other duties as assigned. Candidates with less experience may be considered for appointment as Student Affairs Assistant I. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an interview and/or a written test.
