A foundation member of the Global Anti-Scam Alliance (GASA), Gogolook has also teamed up with a number of institutes such as the Taiwan National Police Agency Criminal Investigation Bureau, the Financial Supervisory Service of South Korea, Thai Royal Police, the Fukuoka city and Shibuya City government, the Philippines Cybercrime Investigation and Coordinating Center, and the Royal Malaysia Police and state government to fight scam, dedicated to creating a scam-free environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the BD team's advertising and co-marketing revenue targets; manage the full sales cycle from prospecting financial institutions to contract closure and renewal
  • Go beyond selling ad placements — act as a strategic consultant to clients: leverage Roo.Cash's user data and behavioral insights to design tailored marketing solutions that genuinely improve their campaign outcomes
  • Translate platform data into compelling narratives and proposals; help clients understand how database-driven audience segmentation and targeting can outperform traditional media buying
  • Lead strategic account planning for key financial institution clients (banks, securities firms, insurance, ETF issuers); identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities grounded in data evidence
  • Collaborate closely with product, and marketing teams to package data assets into scalable BD offerings; bridge client needs with product roadmap inputs
  • Monitor market trends, competitor moves, and financial product launches; proactively identify new client segments and co-marketing opportunities
  • Build and develop the BD team; cultivate a culture of consultative selling, data-informed pitching, and continuous learning

Requirements


  • 5-8 years of experience in consulting, strategy consulting, or professional services、BD — with a track record of managing complex client engagements end-to-end
  • Strong structured problem-solving skills: able to break down ambiguous business challenges, design solutions, and present clearly to senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to identify decision-makers, navigate multi-stakeholder environments, and drive deals or projects to closure
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; able to earn trust with institutional clients and internal teams alike
  • High ownership and execution drive; comfortable moving from strategy to action independently in a fast-moving environment
  • Basic familiarity with data concepts — e.g., how databases work, or how data informs business and product decisions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Database Know-how
    • Hands-on experience with databases, data pipelines, or data products; able to collaborate with technical teams on data-driven initiatives



  • Finance / Sales / Marketing
    • Any prior exposure to financial services (banking, fintech, insurance, securities) in any role is a plus
    • B2B sales, BD, or digital marketing experience is welcome but not required
