As senior staff engineer you will plays a pivotal role in defining ,implementing best test practices and leading the Wi-Fi & Bluetooth coexistence validation team. This role will involve working with cross-functional teams, including firmware developers, product managers, and test teams, to ensure that the Wi-Fi combo products meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and interoperability across various environments.

Key responsibilities in your new role
- Lead the Wi-Fi & Bluetooth Coexistence Validation team.
- Define and implement validation strategies, methodologies, and test best practices.
- Ensure product performance, reliability, and interoperability across diverse environments.
- Collaborate with firmware, software, product management, and test teams to drive product quality.
- Analyze, debug, and resolve complex coexistence and wireless performance issues.
- Drive test automation, process improvements, and quality initiatives.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to validation engineers.
- Support successful product releases through comprehensive validation and risk assessment.
Your profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- 9-12 years of experience in Wi-Fi/Bluetooth Coexistence Validation with team leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of WLAN protocols, Bluetooth (BR/EDR, BLE, LE Audio), and Zigbee/Thread (IEEE 802.15.4).
- Hands-on experience in coexistence, functionality, performance, and interoperability testing across wireless combo chipsets.
- Good knowledge of coexistence mechanisms, multi-radio concurrency scenarios, and RF concepts (antenna and channel interference).
- Proficient in wireless validation tools such as Iperf, Wireshark, and Ellisys Sniffers.
- Strong debugging, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving skills. Experience collaborating with cross-functional development and test teams to resolve complex wireless issues.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Python scripting or test automation experience is an added advantage.
