Job profile

The Senior Specialist is responsible for managing and coordinating clinical service projects and internal operational initiatives to ensure timely execution, alignment, and delivery.

This role collaborates closely with Sales, Laboratory, Operations, IT, Finance, and cross-functional teams across regions to coordinate and execute project activities from contract finalization through implementation, monitoring, and reporting.

The ideal candidate is an effective communicator with strong execution and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities, navigating ambiguity, and fostering collaboration across stakeholders in a fast-paced, cross-regional environment.

Key accountabilities

1. Leadership

• Take ownership of assigned projects and drive progress from initiation to completion

• Foster a collaborative and positive working environment across teams

2. Communication

• Exhibits high emotional intelligence, with the ability to adapt communication styles to different audiences and needs

• Serve as the key communication bridge within internal stakeholder and across external stakeholders

• Facilitate project kick-off meetings, status updates, and alignment discussions

• Ensure clear, timely, and effective communication across teams and regions

• Prepare and deliver project reports and updates to relevant stakeholders

3. Problem Solving

• Proactively identify project risks, issues, and bottlenecks

• Apply critical thinking to analyze challenges and propose practical solutions

• Escalate issues appropriately with recommended action plans

• Support teams in resolving operational and project-related challenges

4. Project execution

• Lead end-to-end project planning and actively participate in execution to ensure timely, high-quality delivery

• Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, and detailed execution plans

• Define project scope, deliverables, and timelines with stakeholders while driving execution of key activities

• Take ownership of critical workstreams and execute key tasks to maintain project momentum

• Monitor progress, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure alignment with business objectives through regular stakeholder communication

5. Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities to improve project workflows and operational efficiency

• Support implementation of standardized processes and best practices

• Enhance visibility through improved tracking, reporting, and communication tools

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across teams and regions

Requirements

Essential

1. Minimum Bachelor degree in Engineering, Sciences or business administration.

2. Relevant experience of 3-5 years with Bachelor or 2-3 years with Master's degree.

3. Proficient with project management methodologies, tools and software

4. Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills

5. Proficiency in both Mandarin Chinese and English, verbal and written
