Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Act as a subject matter expert and advisor for HRIS-related queries, providing guidance on system usage and best practices.
  • Enhance HR Efficiency by streamlining processes and leveraging technology to improve service delivery.
  • Support HRIS projects including system upgrades, implementations, and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Collaborate with IT-AI to design and implement automation solutions, including HR-AI tools and digital assets
  • Conduct gap analysis and propose system enhancements to streamline HR processes.
  • Develop and maintain documentation such as business process flows, configuration guides, and training materials.
  • Coordinate and execute user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring system changes meet business needs.
  • Monitor and resolve system issues, ensuring timely communication and resolution.
  • Maintain system configuration and data integrity across HR platforms.
  • Manage system security roles and access controls in compliance with data governance policies.

Job Requirements

Education & Certification

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field

Experience

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HRIS support and implementation, with good knowledge in Workday
  • Proven experience with Workday modules such as HCM , Learning and Onboarding

Other Prerequisites

  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders across all levels
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to understand business requirements, manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision
