Primary Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze internal financial reports and business performance data to provide accurate and timely insights in line with group policies.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking, conduct ad-hoc financial analyses to support decision-making and business performance improvements

Participate in finance related projects, including but not limited to: Finance transformation initiatives, strategy, capex investments review and statutory requirements.

Support the implementation and maintenance of internal controls and compliance requirements, contribute to process improvements and system enhancements.

Work closely with Finance Manager to support business and corporate reporting requirements.



Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

5+ years of relevant experience in Accounting, Financial Reporting, or Auditing. Experience in Big 4 or audit firm is a plus.

Strong understanding of financial data review; experience in financial analysis is a plus.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

CPA License is a plus.

Experience in an international company with multi-cultural environments is a plus.
