Explore Your Tasks And Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations and corporate standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and job hazard analyses to identify potential safety and environmental risks on construction sites.
- Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations.
- Provide EHS training and awareness programs for employees, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to integrate EHS considerations into project planning and execution.
- Prepare and submit EHS reports, metrics, and documentation to internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay updated on changes in EHS laws, regulations, and best practices relevant to the construction industry.
Show Your Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in high-tech factory, cleanroom engineering, or construction industry is a plus.
- Language: Chinese (native level) , English (beginner level).
- Certification: One of these three Certification is required. Occupational Safety and Hygiene Specialist Class B or Occupational Safety and Hygiene Supervisor Level A for construction or Occupational Safety and Hygiene Supervisor Level A for general.
- Minimum 5 years of EHS experience in the construction or heavy industry sector.
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) are required.
- Strong knowledge of local and international EHS regulations (e.g., OSHA, ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
