RUCKUS Networks is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our team in Taipei!

The role includes collaborating with the team in code reviews and cooperative development for code quality. It covers the design, development, and maintenance of user space processes. Providing improvement recommendations and documenting software functionality are key tasks. Tools and technologies are used to track issues and aid in effective debugging If you are an engineer with a passion for new technologies and skills, we would love you to join our team!

Required Qualifications for Consideration:

• 3+ years of experience in Network related field
• Master's degree in computer science or a related field.
• Enthusiasm in programming, good understanding in C Language is required
• Strong knowledge and experience in Linux development, debug, and problem resolving skills
• Familiar with Linux system development and network programming
• Great communication and interpersonal skills in English
• Familiarity with Git for version control and experience working with code repositories.
• A highly motivated and proactive individual who is eager to take on new challenges.
• Able to quickly comprehend the new technology and specifications.

You Will Excite Us If You Have:

• Good knowledge of networking and IEEE802.11 protocol, and experience of WiFi related process implementation
• Stay informed on AI trends and apply them to organizational improvement.
• Experience in building/debuging large scale, high performance, high availability systems.
