Company Description
Join us on an exhilarating mission at a VC-backed startup funded by leading investors, including Calibrate Ventures, Mirae Asset, a16z, Plug and Play, Gaingels, and others. You'll work directly with our executive team, alongside our co-founders who bring deep AI and engineering experience from Google, Amazon, Workday, and Instacart. We're building Vibe, an AI agent that autonomously manages and resolves incidents.
As we are growing fast with traction from Fortune 500s and other industry-leading companies, we're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join us in person in Taipei City and help further scale our early-stage product.
Why Work With Us
- Early impact: shape not just the product, but the company itself
- Work with top-tier team: work with top-tier engineers, advisors, and AI-native operators
- Meaningful equity upside: plus full ownership of your work
- Enterprise traction + early validation: pilot customers include Fortune 500s
About the Role
As one of our early engineers, you'll help design, build, and scale our AI agent. You'll work across the stack, from shaping our LLM workflows and embedding pipelines to improving observability and deployment for multi-tenant environments. You'll collaborate closely with the founding team, contribute to product direction, and constantly evaluate new AI and infrastructure tools to keep us ahead. Expect to wear many hats, move fast, and be deeply involved in shaping how engineering gets done at Vibranium Labs.
- You care about the why. You're user-obsessed, love talking to customers, and enjoy translating fuzzy requirements into sharp product thinking.
- You have grit. You're energized by tough problems, unfazed by ambiguity, and willing to do whatever it takes (long hours, unfamiliar code, or last-minute pivots) to push the product and company forward.
- You live and breathe AI. You actively follow LLM trends, experiment with new tools (OpenAI, Claude, LangChain, etc.), and have strong opinions on prompting, context windows, embeddings, and RAG strategies.
- You ship fast and smart. You've built full-stack products end-to-end, ideally in startups or high-ownership roles.
What you'll have...
- at least 510 years of software engineering experience, with a strong focus on backend and infrastructure. (Experience in frontend is a plus.)
- Software engineering position with a history of architecting and designing new products and technologies in Node.js (Typescript), Python, and/or any strong type of language (e.g, Golang or Kotlin).
- Strong ability and desire to independently navigate technical challenges and implement production-level solutions from start to finish, prioritizing users and owning customer success.
- Experience with LLM Frameworks and Models, including OpenAI's GPT, Claude, and Clasor series.
