Senior Software Engineer (.NET/Java)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer who enjoys building scalable, high-quality applications and solving real technical challenges.

Mandatory Skill-set

• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields
• Must have 8+years of experience in software development
• Strong hands-on experience in C#/.NET or Java
• Experience with React/Next.js frontend (full-stack is a plus)
• Production support experience preferred
• Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset
• Good understanding of testing, debugging, and code quality.

Desired Skill-set

• Experience leading or mentoring AI-enhanced development teams
• Experience using AI tools for code generation, testing, or optimization.

Responsibilities

• Craft effective prompts and workflows for accurate, maintainable, and secure code
• Design, evaluate, and refine AI-generated outputs against software and business requirements
• Architect scalable enterprise-grade applications using AI-assisted development practices
• Build rapid prototypes using GenAI tools and refine them toward production quality
• Integrate AI into software delivery pipelines and DevOps processes
• Perform code reviews of human-written and AI-generated code
• Maintain documentation, prompt libraries, and reusable patterns
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and engineers
• Mentor team members on effective prompt engineering practices
• Champion ethical and responsible AI usage in engineering workflows.
