How You'll Help Us Connect the World:
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer who is passionate about DevOps, CI/CD automation,
and the future of AI-powered software development. You will work on building and scaling CI/CD pipelines, improving developer workflows, and integrating AI tools into engineering platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines for multiple services and environments
- Automate software delivery workflows across the SDLC (build, test, deploy, release)
- Manage and improve DevOps infrastructure for engineering tools and platforms
- Integrate and operationalize AI coding tools, MCP servers, and agent-based systems into development workflows
- Build and maintain AI Ops pipelines for model integration, evaluation, and deployment
- Improve developer productivity through tooling, automation, and self-service platforms
- Ensure system reliability, scalability, and security of CI/CD and platform infrastructure
- Collaborate with engineering teams to onboard services and standardize workflows
- Monitor agents, pipelines and systems, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements
Required Qualifications for Consideration:
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Backend Engineering
- Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language (Python, Go, Java, or similar)
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.)
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and engineering workflows
You Will Excite Us If You Have:
- Exposure to AI/ML workflows, AI Ops, or model deployment pipelines
- Experience with AI coding assistants or developer productivity tools
- Familiarity with agentic systems, MCP servers, or LLM integrations
- Understanding of security best practices in CI/CD pipelines
