Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Lead with 10+ years of overall experience in software development and team leadership. This role requires a strong technical background combined with mature people leadership capabilities, agile delivery ownership, and hands-on involvement in architecture and production systems.
You will lead engineering teams building scalable, cloud-native applications using Microsoft and Azure technologies while driving technical excellence, delivery predictability, and team growth.
Required Experience & Skills
- 10+ years of overall experience in software development.
- Strong hands-on expertise in:
- ASP.NET Core / .NET Core
- React & TypeScript
- Azure Functions
- Microservices
- Experience with distributed systems and message-driven architectures.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and structured data formats (XML, JSON).
- Deep knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks and delivery governance.
- Experience managing enterprise-scale production deployments.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects within defined KPIs and timelines.
