Job Summary
Manage installations, repairs, and maintenance of commercial kitchen equipment while delivering technical support and customer training to ensure optimal product performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
. Manage on-site installation, repair, maintenance and testing of commercial kitchen equipment to ensure operational efficiency
. Diagnose technical problems accurately and determine effective solutions to minimize downtime
. Deliver customer training on product usage and maintenance to enhance user knowledge and equipment longevity
. Build and maintain positive customer relationships by providing outstanding service and support
. Produce detailed service reports documenting work performed and technical findings
. Work effectively in a hot, fast-paced environment while maintainng safety and quality standards
