Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the design and R&D of storage or computing middleware services 2. Participate in the construction of unified storage and computing capabilities of the group's information system, and provide complete solutions to relevant business parties 3. Participate in and implement the construction of highly concurrent distributed systems, optimize system performance, and improve stability.
Qualifications
1. Computer-related major, bachelor degree or above, 5 years or more of back-end work experience 2. Have solid basic computer knowledge, familiar with Linux operating system, familiar with common data structures and algorithms, familiar with at least one of the following programming languages: C, C++, Python, Go, Java 3. Be proficient in one or two back-end development storage components: object storage system (S3 interface), RDS, cache (Redis), message queue, vector database, etc. 4. Be passionate about technology, have good problem analysis and solving skills, like to think about the deep-seated causes of problems, and be good at summarizing and summarizing 5. Be good at communication, be proactive in work, have a strong sense of responsibility, and have good teamwork skills. Bonus points: 1. Have participated in the development of storage systems and master the principles and details, such as SQL engines, storage engines, meta-information management, and transaction control 2. Have participated in the development of large-scale distributed systems, and have experience in data consistency, concurrency control, performance optimization, and stability construction 3. Have experience in using systems such as Hadoop ecosystem/OLAP system/ClickHouse/Flink 4. Understand one or more of multi-party secure computing, federated learning, homomorphic encryption, differential privacy, and trusted computing 5. Have R&D background in basic services and middle-end services 6. Development experience in general heterogeneous data synchronization systems such as DTS and DataX.
