We are looking for an experienced
Salesforce Developer
with
6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
, specializing in
Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
, with strong expertise in
Service Cloud implementations
. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, Flows, and SOQL/SOSL.
- Lead the development and enhancement of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
- Configure and customize Service Cloud features including:
- Case Management
- Omni-Channel
- Knowledge
- Entitlements & Milestones
- Service Console
- Email-to-Case
- Web-to-Case
- Queues & Assignment Rules
- Escalation Rules
- Develop and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations with external systems.
- Build scalable automation using Flows, Apex Triggers, and Batch Apex.
- Participate in technical design discussions and recommend best practices aligned with Salesforce architecture.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development standards.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Manage deployments using Git, Copado, Gearset, or Salesforce DevOps tools.
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and recommend adoption of new platform capabilities.
Required Skills
- 6+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)

- SOQL/SOSL
- Salesforce Flows
- Batch Apex
- Queueable Apex
- Platform Events
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and role hierarchy.
- Experience with REST and SOAP API integrations.
- Knowledge of asynchronous processing and governor limits.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodology.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (Mandatory)
- Salesforce Platform Developer II (Preferred)
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (Preferred)
- Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant Certification (Preferred)
Good to Have
- Experience with Experience Cloud.
- Exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud or Agentforce.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Copado, Gearset, or Azure DevOps.
- Integration experience with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft or Boomi.
- Familiarity with Salesforce DX.
