Job Description:

  • Reports to: Key Account and Sales Manager
  • Location: Taipei, Taiwan

Primary Function/Objective:

Work in the assigned sales territory to meet or exceed sales targets and keep management informed on market conditions, competitive situations, and all activities.

Core Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and establish effective territory call cycle and objectives.
  • Report competitive activities and customer behavior to improve territory management.
  • Manage expenses to maximize profitability.
  • Present specialized sales calls using professional sales and negotiation skills.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, colleagues, and distributors.
  • Cooperate with team members to improve efficiency and implement promotional campaigns.
  • Support overall business unit objectives and perform special projects as needed.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree, preferably in business or biotechnology
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, with 1-2 years in sales force management, preferably with an MNC; with self paid experience is a great plus
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage budgets and execute marketing plans
