Job Title: Senior Sales Specialist

Location: Hsinchu, Taiwan

Experience: 7+ years

Languages: Mandarin + English

About the Role

We are expanding our presence in Taiwan and seeking an experienced Sales Manager based in Hsinchu who can own the full sales cycle from identifying prospects, pitching solutions, running presentations, generating leads, all the way to negotiating and closing deals.

This role requires someone deeply connected in the semiconductor community who can actively bring in business, present our value proposition, and win new customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end sales: Identify opportunities, pitch our solutions, present demos, manage RFQs, and close contracts.
  • Conduct sales presentations, customer visits, proposals, and negotiations.
  • Develop a strong understanding of customer needs and position our offerings effectively.
  • Maintain and expand a network of technical teams, engineering contacts, procurement staff, and senior managers
  • Track projects, follow up consistently, and convert leads into revenue.
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.
  • Work closely with the technical and product team to prepare solutions and support customer evaluations.
  • Provide regular sales reports and market insights to management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and customer meetings.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of semiconductor sales, business development, or account management experience.
  • Must be based in Taiwan
  • Proven experience pitching, presenting, negotiating, and closing sales.
  • Ability to explain technical solutions and communicate value clearly to engineering teams.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Independent, proactive, and driven to meet and exceed revenue targets.
