Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the sales team to meet quarterly and annual targets aligned with the company's strategy.
- Design and execute sales strategies to expand business and improve customer engagement.
- Identify and develop potential clients in Taipei, focusing on the Manufacturing, Telecom, and Financial sectors.
- Maintain strong relationships with resellers and channel partners.
- Monitor sales performance, provide market insights, and promote cross-selling across business units.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or related professional experience.
- 8+ years of sales experience.
- 5+ years experience in a leadership role.
- Proven success in growing businesses and managing tech pipelines.
