Job Description

The ideal candidate will lead the sales team, develop and execute sales strategies, and drive business growth in the ICT solution industry. This role requires strong experience in the systems integrator (SI) field, with hands-on sales engagement including direct interaction with frontline customers, and a proven ability to lead high-performing teams and manage strategic accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the sales team to meet quarterly and annual targets aligned with the company's strategy.
  • Design and execute sales strategies to expand business and improve customer engagement.
  • Identify and develop potential clients in Taipei, focusing on the Manufacturing, Telecom, and Financial sectors.
  • Maintain strong relationships with resellers and channel partners.
  • Monitor sales performance, provide market insights, and promote cross-selling across business units.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or related professional experience.
  • 8+ years of sales experience.
  • 5+ years experience in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in growing businesses and managing tech pipelines.
