Senior Sales Manager Located in Taibei))

Job Purpose :

BOYD is one of the major thermal suppliers worldwide, we are key partners for many Western / Asian key players. For Taiwanese customers, we have business with top OEM / ODM customers for years, now we would like to expand the business scale into below areas:

1. Server / Cloud & Data Center related infrastructure: For fast-growing direct business between End Users and Taiwanese ODMs, for their Air / Liquid cooling system.
2. High-end notebook customer with high-end thermal module.
3. New business: EV / AI application in our ODM customer side.
4. Graphic Card customer with thermal module.

We are looking for either Sales Manager or Sales & Program Manager mixed role to work with target customers to hunt potential business/programs for BOYD, and the candidate should be hands-on to lead a team from RFQ to EOL

Job Requirements :

1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably an engineering degree with technical background
2. With Engineering and Program Management background will be preferred.
3. At least 8 years related working experience, and > 3 years of experience in the thermal area, serving target customers/business. Candidates from within thermal OEM / ODM customers businesses will be preferred.
4. Oral English skill is needed for communication / co-working with our US team.
5. With very good communication / interpersonal skills and an enthusiastic personality.
