Your background
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3-5 years in a sales management role, preferably within a technology or industrial sector.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and driving significant revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop sales professionals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
